The company managers are an entity’s leaders an they have to transmit confidence, be good communicators, be strategic and have a good level of emotional intelligence. The management team has to transmit passion, generate commitment and have a strategic vision that is shared with some of the team’s common objectives and projects.
Comexi’s team of directors is currently made up of fourteen members. At the top of the list there are the company owners: Mr. Manel Xifra, President, and Mr. Ramon Xifra, Vice-President. Followed by Mr. Diego Hervás to the company’s General Management.

Our Organisation
The work organization of Comexi consists of a matrix system where it is divided between the transversal departments – Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Comercial, Marketing, Innovation, TIC, Safety and Environment – and the business units – flexo, offset, cutting, laminating and digital services, and also the after – sales service.
The transversal units are those that give corporate support to the business units and these are the ones that ; together with the commercial department and management team, ensure that the organization’s strategies and general goals are achieved.
