We are headed towards the ending of a year which all of us will remember for many years to come. For Comexi, it has been a year in which the immediate difficulties have enabled us to provide our services more swiftly than ever before.
It is impossible to turn a blind eye on the personal, familial, and professional difficulties which we have all endured during this quite bizarre year. As this has been my first year at Comexi, I can attest that I have lived, with intensity, the manner in which the entire Comexi family has been able to assume a leadership role in regard to focusing on both customer orientation and technology capabilities.
We have been able to offer 24-hour service and the delivery of spare parts, which has never been interrupted, not even for a day. Having the ability to provide customers 24-hour service with the use of our virtual vision 3D glasses, allowing them to communicate with our Technological Support Service Center and receive solutions in real time without having to spend time travelling, unless it is absolutely necessary.
Our customers have been able to experience the extent to which the entire Comexi team, comprised of our direct and indirect collaborators, have stood beside them during the past months, despite numerous global limitations.
In regard to technology, we must highlight our Genius Technology, which was presented at the Virtual Expo Event, held this past June, where improvements to the Flexo Press and Digital Press were explained. The Manel Xifra Boada Technology Center, Comexi CTec, also presented its turnkey project services: the creation from ground zero of an entire global conversion plant, with onsite pre-press service integration and training.
Comexi sincerely hopes that everyone ends this emotional year on a positive note filled with health and prosperity.
