Comexi, a specialist providing flexible packaging industry solutions, and VIV, a leading company in the Dutch flexible packaging field, has reached an agreement for a Comexi F2MC 10 colours flexographic press. The deal has been materialized at K show in Düsseldorf (Germany).
Trough this acquisition, VIV reinforce its positioning in the Dutch flexible packaging field with Comexi’s solutions. This new deal represents its third Comexi’s press and increases its print capacity and capabilities.
Comexi’s CEO, Mr. Jeroen van der Meer, is very pleased with this new deal and he highlights that “this new deal strengths the close relationship both two companies”.
From VIV, Mr Herman van Kesteren and Mr. Weinand van Kesteren, emphasize the combined efforts between the two companies and the synergies resulting from the agreement. Besides Comexi’s presses, Viv also works with Comexi’s laminating machines.
The Comexi F2MC 10 colours press has been designed to satisfy the printing needs of medium and long runs in the flexible packaging field for the retail and wholesale channel. The Comexi F2MC shares ergonomic and accessibility advances developed in F4 and F2 presses, as well as performance and robustness of the rest of F2 range.
The Comexi F2MC allows print width from 870 mm to 1270 mm, in 8 and 10 colours and maximum repeats of 800mm. It includes the most advanced electronic systems to get the best quality print even at high speeds and printing on different substrates from plastic film to paper or laminated films.
