1.1 Periodic Assistance Program

Service program to carry out a continuous assessment of the condition of the equipment and ensure its production and appropriate maintenance. The number of visits can be adapted to customer’s needs.
This program consist on doing one-day regular in-situ visits aimed to solve incidents and queries, setting machine setpoints, getting spare part recommendations and exchanging relevant information with production and maintenance staff.

1.2 Operational Maintenance

In order to optimise machine productivity as much as possible, it is essential that we reduce non-programmed stops, optimise the necessary spare parts in the warehouse and drastically reduce repair and maintenance expenses.
 
The program includes 2 interventions per year with the aim of checking the machine’s preventive maintenance program, detecting any problem that may affect the machine’s performance and correcting parts subject to wear and tear.

1.3 Print Unit Maintenance

After a long period of work, the mechanical parts are subject to wear, producing mechanical backlash in the printing units.
