The Technology Center of reference for innovation and innovation and collaboration in flexible packaging
Following the philosophy of our founder, Mr. Manel Xifra Boada, and his firm principles of providing comprehensive support to the client and the sector, in 2013 we created the Manel Xifra Boada Technology Center, Comexi CTec.
1999
Our background dates back to 1999, when we founded Serviflex, a company focused on professional training in flexographic processes. Over the years, this service evolved into a broader concept of support and growth for the industry.
2005-2013
In 2005, we set out to consolidate this vision with a more global approach, and after several years of work, in January 2013 the Comexi CTec Technology Center was established in Riudellots de la Selva, Comexi’s headquarters, with a complete center for demonstrations, training, innovation and collaboration.
2017-2024
With the will to bring these high value-added services closer to customers around the world, in 2017 we opened a Comexi CTec headquarters in Portoalegre (Brazil) to serve the Latin American market, and in 2024 we opened a new headquarters in Miami to serve the United States and Canada.

Manel Xifra Boada (1928-2005)
Manel Xifra Boada was a charismatic entrepreneur with a strong collaborative spirit and a strong commitment to the continuous improvement of the flexible packaging industry. He inspired his collaborators to work as a team and to encourage the exchange of knowledge to raise the technological level of the sector. It is this spirit that continues to guide Comexi CTec, which is named in honor of his vision.
