1.1 Periodic Assistance Program (PAP)

Service program to conduct continuous evaluation of equipment status and ensure its production and proper maintenance. The number of visits can be adapted to client needs.
This program consists of periodic on-site visits, lasting one day, aimed at resolving incidents and queries, adjusting machine setpoints, obtaining recommendations on spare parts, and exchanging relevant information with production and maintenance personnel.

Increased equipment lifespan.
Reduced repair costs.
Resolution of minor issues and queries related to the machine.

1.2 Operational Maintenance

To maximize machine productivity, it is essential to reduce unscheduled downtime, optimize necessary spare parts in stock, and drastically reduce repair and maintenance costs.
 
The program includes 2 interventions per year with the aim of checking the machine’s preventive maintenance program, detecting any problems that may affect its performance, and correcting parts subject to wear.

Resolution of minor issues and queries related to the machine.

1.3 Printing Unit Maintenance

After a long period of operation, mechanical parts wear out, causing mechanical play in the printing units.
Maintain the machine in its original condition by maintaining wear parts.
 
100% increase in printing speed (in some cases even 300% for specific jobs)
20% increase in productivity (on average)
Avoid costs arising from quality problems such as bouncing
Prevent reduction in printing speed or unexpected machine stops

1.4 Spare Parts

Comexi addresses the needs of all product lines as quickly as possible. The support team is ready to process client orders and offers the best delivery times for requested parts. Our unwavering commitment is to your production, which is why we always have parts in stock.

Our system analyzes part demand and provides a customized offer for those components most likely to render a machine inoperative. All of this is aimed at minimizing downtime and proactively managing consumable deliveries.

To expedite part delivery, we manage warehouses in Russia, Brazil, Miami, China, Mexico, and Thailand.

1.5 Comexi Ordering Online

To facilitate identification, each part can be individually selected in a 3D scheme or by reference. This makes purchasing the correct part easier and avoids errors and delivery delays. The system will provide specific information for each part (price and delivery date).  

A 24/7 service with a 5% discount.
